I worked at a luxury design agency as their Strategic Art Director. Here I helped with their branding concepts, naming, copywriting and strategic thinking. I have a new found appreciation for crafted design, for which I am very grateful, as I feel it will forever make me want to make things look more beautiful.

Project:

Crafted in History.

20 Great Queen Street in London’s Covent Garden, is a building with a story. Beautiful original features combine with contemporary elegance to create a modern home with over 100 years of history. Tasked with crafting a stylish, high-quality book to depict the historic and architectural development of 20 Great Queen Street in order to add value to the client’s sales and marketing portfolio.

The book is more than a brochure, it is a journey through the development of this classic building and a celebration of the coming together of historic architecture and modern design, with bespoke illustrations individualising each unique apartment.

My Role:

Writing headlines and overseeing copywriter and designers, researching the history to help further bring to life the story of this building. Naming of apartments that drew on Covent Garden’s market past, sourcing illustrators & overseeing their work.
